Have to be careful with how you break alliances. Otherwise if an AI can break it at any time, whats the point. Should have a cool down period sort of like a "peace" accord, that you can't/won't attack for x turns. As for another game feature that would be cool, would be move terrain building. That is so often I conquer a planet to find a cool structure I would love to take advantage of, but the AI put it i

its by design i guess, it was also this way in GC2, as long as the target is in range you can get there, thought you cant stop in the space outside your range, making you an easy target for enemys
you cant see a Difference in the Planet Screen, both a Flat and a Multiplier of 0.2 will be shown as 20%
Quoting mortili, reply 1 you get credits for the treaty, if you would also get the bonus it would be even more op then it already is "Two way". This should, when selecting it via trading add it to both the factions trade window, granting it and eq

max %-Productionbonis: +25% from approval +90% from Starbases (max of 18) +50% from govern-techs +20% from malovent +25% from torian trait (dont know the name) +25% from iconian tech =235% total this needs you to take iconian techtree and one of the arcean and one of the torian traits, but even without those you get +25% from approval +70% from Starbases +50% from govern-techs +20% from mae
a disagree, if you take a late game farm thats +5 to pop, with 3 adjancies and +50% its 10,5 pop a 100% production-bonus makes this 21 production with the usual split of 45/11/45 that gives you 9,45 base manufacturing + 9,45 base research + 2,1 base wealth. while you get less manufacturing you do get additional research and wealth. so the DR is a strong early/mid game improvement but weaker late game (notice that +50%food and +100%production are pretty
Just checked my homeworld and the Txlrp is giving +25% manufacturing according to the Planet tooltips. Ejecting the Txlrp changed the Manufacturing numbers but not the Production numbers. Didn't run the numbers because I'm lazy like that, but they looked right. [e digicons]:([/e]
your right its the "Pollen" who states to give +25% Manufacturing but gives +20% Production [quote

I am not going to suggest anyone else do this, it is not my place to do so. Upto you all if you want to take this route [e digicons]:)[/e]
Have you tried overwriting the TechText for the Core Races with just empty files(only header)?
Also txlrp mercenary ship still says increases manufacturing 25%, but still increases manufacturing about 2.2 points. Pr evious manufacturing on iconia 64.4 manufacturing points. After mercenary 66.6 manufacturing points.
yep it increases production by 20% instead of Manufacturing by 25%
The AI gets Bonis to Shiprange starting with Gifted (20%) up to 100% on Godlike
I just wish they really gave you way more information on what stuff did. I would love to see a fleet/ship leveling system that did more than improve a fraction of hitpoints more though.
Well it does for Mercenaries, and for the one-time weapons that came with the lost treasuries dlc
Also saw this in my current game, i won in the battle-viewer but actually lost the battle...
its not only the AI, the Player can build multiple unique improvements too, well in GC2 we had a similiar bug which never got fixed^^
No, its the one in, you can build only one per player. (thought no one can build it^^)
nope, dont see that at all
Yep, its a %-Bonus, was also first confused by that^^
I have seen this happen, but not in a while, it seems to be pretty random
have the same issue, also happens for ships stationed at a shipyard
yeah i also like it the way it is now, saves me a lot of clicking
havent had a crash with 1.8 jet
yeah i somehow thougt he wanted to add new improvements to existing races/techtrees^^
You actually dont need a new Techtree, if you just want to add new Improvements. XenoIndustrializationTech InfrastructureTech BasicFactory </Improv
