The Beta 2 patch that was released today, is optional, but it has a fix for this issue.

You are right, in my head I said one thing and my fingers typed something completely different. But yes the scroll speed issue is on the list to be fixed. :)

This is a know issue that has a fix for it in Beta Patch 2. :)

Thank you for the feedback, I passed it on to our lead designer. There are some known bugs with planetary improvements/upgrading and the other bugs mentioned have been added to our list. :)

It is working according to design, the techs get more expensive as time goes on. Please keep in mind that the game is in early development and those values are subject to change. Thank you for the feedback. :)
