So I'm an elite founder (won it in a stream) and don't see either the map pack DLC or this DLC under my GalCiv properties in Steam. Both posts said they should be added automatically. Has anyone else had this problem? (I would have mentioned this back when the first DLC came out, but haven't had a chance to play until recently).

So I won an elite founder status from one of the streams, but don't see this DLC listed under GalCiv's properties in my Steam - just the ship parts one. Is this a bug?
I think this would actually be pretty cool as a UP resolution. Kind of like the limitations imposed on the Kriegsmarine fleet pre-WWII. Have a resolution that limits civilizations from having more than X large and huge ships. Which can, of course, be repealed.
Not sure if this has been reported yet, but when you destroy a planet, if you mouse over the destroyed planet, the game crashes. The game runs fine otherwise, as long as you never mouse over the destroyed planet. Ie you can end turns and play normally, until you interact with the dead planet.
I also was unable to submit my entry. Is there any chance of an extension? Assuming none of them went through today?
I believe what you're referring to is just the buildings (improvements) upgrading automatically. In GCIII, you always have to build the most basic form of an improvement, and then you can upgrade it by researching improvement techs. This is most easily described in an example, so say you have researched tech to allow you to build (for sake of an example, this isn't actually in-game) "advanced" factories, which are more efficient than "improved" factories, which are further more effici
I almost assuming there is, but will there be a randomize button for custom races?
I was playing through a game when I encountered an interesting situation. Late game, when you've researched the ability to colonize extreme worlds, you can only colonize worlds that are either in your influence sphere or in neutral space. If you colonize an extreme world in another civilization's territory, it will inevitably be flipped before it generates enough influence to create it's own influence sphere. In my game, I rushed every single influence improvement for the 10 turns
There are no starbases anywhere near where my ships have fought. And anyways, you'd think that my ships decked out with targeting assist equpiment would still be able to hit sometimes. Also, another observation. When I buy my enemy civilization's ships, and fight them with them, the ships I bought from them still miss everytime while their ships never do. I scrolled through the techs that they had, and they don't appear to have any more military tech than I do. As a side n
So I'm at war with another civilization with more advanced tech than myself, and find myself unable to hit hit their ships with my weapons. We're both using beam weapons and shields solely against one another, but their beam weapons will hit every time without fail, whereas mine will miss every time without fail. Both of us have reached the techs "Targeting Assist" and "Targeting Support," but even when I equip my ships with all of the corresponding components, nothing changes. Furthe
I'm having this problem too. I had it the pre-patch as well.
Thanks guys, it turns out I missed an update for my driver and it's running much better now.
So I've been playing Beta 2 over the past few days, and the game has been crashing A LOT. I've noted several incidences. One is where I try to zoom in/out while dragging the screen. Another is after I load any game, and try to zoom out. Which basically means I can't load games. In general, the game seems to crash whenever I try to do multiple "actions" to the interface. So zooming out and then quickly clicking one of the tabs will crash me on occasion too. Now, I notice
