Heresy! http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/france/11931645/Frances-top-weatherman-sparks-storm-over-book-questioning-climate-change.html Reminds me of this (she's a witch, err he's a climate change denier! Burn her, err fire him!):

If I hung around outside your local car dealership and started loudly shouting about how awful their cars are, I'm not giving the dealership feedback. Nor am I doing so if I go around recommending them to my friends - I'm providing friends with a review, but the dealer isn't being given any feedback on his performance. A review isn't really addre

I see a public pronouncement as valid feedback just as I consider a private message valid feedback; however, the former has a wide audience while the latter does not.

The user rating exists at least in part to protect consumers from making bad purchases if the ratings are not relatively accurate (preferably from a broad range of consumers) then it becomes pointless.
To be clear (and I'm makin

It feels like he is pissed off that Roberts easily procured millions in funding to make the game Mr. Smart

One of the articles linked in there, Argus Press, had this little gem: "But Rep. Markey, D-Mass, committee chairman, said, 'Dr. Hansen was right. Twenty years later, we recognize him as a climate prophet.'" Yes, a climate prophet. Smells just a tad religious, not scientific.

It may sound dumb to some (or many), but this one little feature (or lack thereof) annoys the crud out of me and seriously affects my enjoyment with the game.

Perhaps it just me but I get seriously annoyed when these slow-moving pirates destroy my colony ships, simply because the UI does not tell me the colony ships are in danger. This leads me to the following logical solutions, which reinforce the annoyance factor: Moving all colony ships manually (major pain the larger the map) Reviewing all colony ships manually each turn (major pain the larger the map, not to mention I wish the game could just tell me they are in

I do not understand this negative energy towards DLC. As a fan of the Wheel of Time series, I feel this negative energy is akin to me purchasing the first book of the series and then feeling because I bought the first book, I am entitled to all the following books for free. How is new developer content funded? Does it come from shaking the magic money tree? I have no problem supporting SD's ongoing efforts by purchasing DLC. To buy or not to buy, that is the question posed&
