Well the AI has improved, it's better now at managing its colonies. From what I understand ships factor heavily in the power calculation, so don't get discouraged just because they have a higher rating.

You need a music player, either find one online or use Steam's, go to View, then Music Player you should see the GC3 soundtrack, if you don't go to Steam Setting, then Music and click Reset Database.

Brad, out of curiosity do you guys have any in-game data on how many players used the planetary wheel? I prefer the focus system to the wheel and I'm happy with the continuous improvement of the game. Keep up the good work.
