My biggest problem with this was not having privalages when i was supposed to.

well this sounds like a bug. The influence was changed in the base game. An influence victory on excessive, and bigger would not be possible unless you only had a few civs.
First pragmatic is the only ideology up there the other is still good vs evil.
I agree when trading it would be nice to know how they feel about you.
Yeah i hate that everytime i colonize a planet, or build a starbase that gets annoying especially if you do any a turn.
Well what was explained by paul on a dev stream a long time ago probably a year or so was that the ai wouldnt be able to handle multiple ships right.
you can mod ai if you know how.
This probably balance. They are really powerful if you settle them.
Why would every race start a war with you over some other race's home world anyway? They might not even LIKE those aliens.
world war 2, first gulf war. Just saying.

I never managed to get the AI to sell me a planet cheap. Just how somebody can abuse a feature in a single player game is beyond me. 3.) The previous version of the game was really good. I bought into GC3 as a "Fou
The 2.20 seems to make the economy much easier, so one may try playing the game at higher levels than one could try before. Unfortunately, other changes do not work for me. 1.) The new version does not allow me to employ spies on planets of countries you are at war with. 2.) The new version does not allow me to get the AI's to trade planets. <br /
I should point out that these new city types are unlocked at the same points as Cities, which for Carbon based life is the Planetology tech, and Silicon life gets them from the beginning. They are in addition to the standard City. I didn't want to have to update the whole ImprovementDefs.xml file every time a new patch came out, so I couldn't change the City. I wish there was a way to replace an individual im
Well im still waiting for a manual. He came out one for the beta that may be why its not so bad. There are two camps. You got what you wanted with mercenaries, but there was a lot more complaining. Im talking about the original post. Im personally in the camp the more the merrior. I know everything turns out ok look at galactic civilizations 2. Look at the base game. I know it will happen for crusade.
Galactic civilizations has a scenario editor if you have the ultimate edition one of the things it does is list your techs.
This is a sequal to my favorite sega genesis mutant legue football.

This just my opinion, but a early boost can help probably not in the long run. It really depends on how many you end up with, and if it is really worth a slower start. If you specialise, and what.
Sycloness (or anyone for that matter), Perhaps you can assist me in learning how to edit Star Systems, Planets and such; as I've not had much luck so far. ?? I want to create a new system for my Knights of Technology faction with three habitable Planets: a size 16; a size 11; and a size 8. I'm not interested in having any other (dead) planets; but a small plethora of asteroids would be nice. So, I ne
Yah sure minor lag when the ship is being destroyed. I have to disagree withe outcome recommendation. All i should know before a battle is probability not definates. I do agree the battle should agree with the outcome. I can see that being annoying watching your ships win only to find out they lost.
Maybe it would be better to make a local global option.
Well i liked the wheel, but crusade has a good idea. Didnt like coercion.
I suggested this right after they were doing galactic civilizations 3 pre alpha.
Treborblue can you link your random starsystem creator.
