Well I'm sure something will show up eventually, but if he has to say for certain instead of trying then I guess he wont.

Well the spring equinox should be different all over the globe, but officially it is March 21. Now about no news in three weeks must mean that they scrapped the whole project took the money and went to Bermuda.
What about Linux. Your the main reason I'm still on Windows.
Well from the sound of it it sounds like your at the right place unless your not planning to play galactic civilizations 3 then you should probably go to galactic civilization 2 forums. Welcome to this site.
Yeah I think the biggest of any of my threads ever get is 28 before they finally stop. I think the biggest thread on this site is over 4000.
I/ve played endless space I like the user interface that is true. I don't like the closed borders. The building is kind of rough even with a nice Ui. O explore the map to quickly, but I guess that is the idea. I like how easily it is the research extreme planet technology. I like the fact that I can use class 0 planets. I don't like the lack of flexibility with the factions. I'm still learning the game. I like being able to do something else with the heroes. I think the battle scr
Well good vs. evil never bothered me. What did bother me is that the only choices they gave me favored evil usually significantly. Maybe the suggestion to have governments based of game play instead of research was a good idea. I think civics are a good idea. What Stardock is doing is idealogies instead of good vs evil sounds like a good idea. I would like to see the factions play like they should. Other than Dark avatar the Drengin have been very wimpy. Usually Evil can't
You can already modd the game files to gave you any class plant you want, for all five and you can put rings on them and moons, and asteroid to. The points idea is good. But I wish there was a galaxy editor in game like the world builder in civ4 would make things easier.(frogboy I know your listening, please use your magic to make galaxy editing more effective!)
I made a post like this a long time ago. Some people thought th
So after playing GalCiv2 for awhile (love the game so much), there some things that could have been done differently that if not implemented to 3 right now, I hope they will be. Since alignment has been discussed a lot, I won't bring that up Extensive Government System: As much as Imperialism, Republic, Democracy, and Federation simplified things in the game, I'd like to see a more extensive government system. One that allows the player to
I don't know about all that, but I like the idea of different factions getting different types of planets. Like how come everyone has the same attributes for Terran or if you start off with an extra kind of planet how come you can't use it to well. Instead of picking the kind of planet you started on (unless your human who would start off with earth which is Terran, the Drath and the Altarians would have to have the same kind of planet, and the Iconians would have to at least to be ab
is my email address. I just joined as admiralWillyWilber you can now find me on Gamersgate.
Sorry, but as an option this would not matter. I guess as a tutorial method this wouldn't be so bad to learn the game. But basically I want to be able to pick my techs. I also like the idea that I can plan my techs by seeing the tree. I don't think it would be to hard to make this an option. I also thought of another option. This would let you pick the techs it wouldn't let you see the rest of the tree this would have you guessing where it would lead.
I like the idea. I would like to see this feature build into the game. I would like the game setup to use steam, so I don't have to multitask Skype.
Thanks for the advice. I'm used to playing Galactic civilizations. When you pick a race you have a choice of abilities and political parties. There are other things that are minor.
Had the same problem a friend of mine felt sorry for me and told me how to beat them. You put some effort in researching star base defense, and then built a star base over by their planet. Even though the numbers weren't there they could not take out the star base, but they didn't stop trying. So that gave me plenty of time to research enough tech to go over there a seize their planet. That is the only strategy I found that worked.
I do think they need a better pirate option. As far as combat I would like it to look better. I do think that pirates and combat is probably the weakest aspects of the game.
I guess you already answered my question. My question was are there any good real time stradeqy games out there. You said no only Galactic civilizations could do it. Instead of messing with a good turn based stradegy game you need to go out there and get them to fix the real time strategy. They did turn Galactic civilizations into a real time strategy game in the Dark avatar days its called Sins of a solar empire, instead of turning a good turn based strategy game into real time strat
Oops I will remember that. I feel sheepish.
I like Rpg's I played bulders gate don't have the game anymore. I also played other Rpg's on the sega and playstation. I wouldn't mind having them Am on steam and gamestop. how do I get them. Whats a P.m.
From what I've played. My question how do you do diplomacy. How do you customize ships. From what I can see the factions have no flexibility in the before the game starts at all. Smaller maps is a minus. The tech tree is not as good. What are my techs for morale. Also how do I do my trade in both diplomacy and routes.
Can you tell me how you usually research. There is a way to mess that up. Then the problem is not the campaign, but a poorly planned research. That would explain the poor game play. Can you tell my what party you play. Can you tell me what abilities you favor. Stradegy for gameplay. At least in the expansion phase.
Military: Guns and Shields Diplomacy: Learn to get along with your neighbours and manipulate them without weapons Exploration: Faster Ship Engines and Better Scanners Building: Everything to do with Planetary infrastructure And the game will choose one of these type of techs to research at random from the ones available to be researched. I decided to play the campaign a little more this time. I'm guessing the reason you couldn't beat it is because the only way to beat the Dread lords is to research starbase technology and build starbases. My question is how about more than one campaign. I like the achievement idea it would at least give me reason to play the campaign.
A Dyson sphere holds population. Never caught that. All I thought it was a huge power plant. Matter of fact it would probably be enough to power the empire for a long time. If this is to advanced to be on the game it could be a Precursor or Dread lords invention from a mega invent or like a wonder that was found on the game.
