Hi guys, love Stardock, love Impulse...just bought Entrenchment and when I run Impulse it say it can't connect to the server and is working in offline mode. Can anyone help...I'd like to play Entrenchment now. Thanks all... :)

Guys guys guys...look at Impulse this way: EVERY single PC game that has downloadable updates forces you to use some kind of third party software to download it. Most games require downloading and installing Firefox or IE, or another browser, and using it's download manager to download their updates. With Stardock, you download and use Impulse. Question about trading researched technologies... in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Hello all. If I have a tech researched that allows me to build a certain building, or a certain engine or weapon on a ship and then I trade it away, do I lose all those buildings/ships? Also, if I trade a tech, can I just immediately research it again...? Thanks. :)

I find Impulse to be extremely convenient and efficient. I like it a lot, it makes updating all stardock games quick and easy. Also, when I reformatted my HDD and needed to reinstall Sins, but couldn't put my hands on the CD easily; I simply logged into Impulse and redownloaded the entire game!
