Also noticed that the population meter shown in the main screen UI no longer has a shaded section denoting how far your population can grow. You can still see the shaded section in the City Details screen.
I see the same thing.
i've had armies tremored and frozen.
ah, weird.
I kept running into a glitch where the fog of war would lift from the whole map on a certain turn. I disabled pedestrians to see if that would help the performance but it didn't. Beyond a few, rare crashes, I've never had issues with this game before. I reloaded to auto-save a few times (not to 'redo' anything as I reloaded immediately when the glitch happened at the beginning of the turn, and even made the same trade with Irane that I made initially), but it
Desert, b/c I play advent the most. I wish random maps had an option for starting on a desert world rather than terran since advent need terran research to improve desert worlds.
[DLC Suggestion] More animal tokens Perhaps a panther....or a snake....or maybe a random shrill ?
it would be neat to have a pet shrill, no idea why, it just would. Perhaps every magic school should have a summon shrill(s) spell.
does it depend on whether you control any fire shards or not? I believe Amarians get the initiative boost from fire shards.
so far Ive had my main stack and one city destroyed monsters.. i'm not throwing in the towel yet. just taking a break.
I modded in faction traits to start with the other technologies. I have one Altarian faction that starts with leatherworking, Restoration (for workshops) and Knowledge (for studies). I also have a Kingdom-allied Krax faction that starts with Leatherworking and Defensive so they can push out hoplites right from the start.
onboard with a life vest (safety first) [e digicons]^_^[/e]
this sounds fun. I'll give it a go.
Perhaps there should be more chances to yelds to exist, or there swould be options for terraforming bad terrain into fertile land. For example, outposts should change the land and transform to cities.
The spell birth of summer can make land settle-able and sometimes land under the influence of your outposts will randomly do this on its own.
yep, monsters, wildlands (w/ pve), more equipment and perks for troops, more sovereign and faction customization options, fortifications and sieges. Lot's of good suggestions here.
I like the current balance but a city density map setting for random map creation would be cool.

being able to disable it would let people just play against the monsters.
maybe if you made the other faction Krax (or custom faction with 'Defensive') they'd be able to last longer against monsters and it would be harder to take their cities if you succumb to temptation.
Years ago, my orders clerk in the National Guard created a humorous set of phony orders that accidentally got issued as the real thing. Fortunately for us, he and I found out that day that our Colonel had a sense of humor. The Colonel couldn't keep a straight face as he tried to chew us out. There are certain times in life that you discover if a particular person has--or does not have--a sense of humor. The original post in
Quoting Trojasmic, reply 1 Hi Borg, if the spell mastery/damage path is the strongest in the game, I would argue that the summoner path is the second strongest... Well said, the summons are all great - if you know the benefits of summoning them tactically. I think the main issue is that the trait descriptions for these summon traits don't mention the benefits when cast in tactical. If players could mouse ove
Resources like metal, food from fields, and mana from shards just go into a global pile. I think the only way outposts can help a specific city is by the upgrades (Consulate for population, maybe the Armory and Foritification bonuses). Other than that, the city that an outpost is connected to just provides the build queue for said upgrades and resources. I assume you are playing Ceresa/Resoln if you are getting elemental creatures from shards? They get stronger as they lev
