Like others, I don't suggest using a machine with low RAM. Also, that lowly i3 processor is gonna howl in pain on bigger galaxies. I'd skip it altogether and start looking for an upgrade.
So it says "everybody wants to live here". [e digicons] Fine, but precisely WHAT DOES THAT MEAN in the context of the game? I can build factories, farms, research buildings, defenses, and entertainment facilities, but I don't see an option to build apartments, condos, or little cottage houses with white picket fences. Maybe I need to research the hidden "Suburbs" research tree? [e digicons]:-"[/e] There are other examples of confusin
I love the idea of having accelerated repairs occurring at shipyards and starbases. I agree that military starbases should have a higher, "bonus" repair factor, or maybe even have the ability to have a full-blown shipyard as an expensive module, only eligible for military starbases. Dumb question, haha. [e digicons]*_*[/e] I can't seem to find the controls for manipulating my ship design in 3D space, so it's impossible for me to affix parts to the underside.
Scuttle and rebuild - faster. And no, it shouldn't be faster to build a new ship that to repair a damaged one.
I think sometimes it very well may be faster/cheaper to build a new one, depending on the manufacturing capabilities of the colony sponsoring the shipyard doing the work. Hello. This topic caught my attention, and made me think of the USS Cole, the US destroyer that was bombed by terroris
That article pops up a dialog that wants your email address, and there's no way to dismiss the popup (no "X" to close it). I had to hit the "back" button to come back here. This happened to me using Chrome.
