Well i do not saved the game i think. Maybe here was the fault. No they do not appear in other games. But this could be the problem. Thank you for your answer. I will try it out. It is saved. But not in the save game folder, but in my designed ship folder. But it is still not availiable in the game.
So i designed a complete battlefleet for my empire. I used parts from all races. Furthermore i used parts from tiny to huge. I saved them all as templates and closed the game. The other day i started the game, loaded my latest save and ALL of my ships were not there!!!!! So looked into my cache folder. They all were saved. BUT you do NOT see them in the game! I tried to cut the saves out of the folder and to paste them again. But NO, my ships are still not there!!!!</p

I am on my way to build a carrier fleet for my custom race "Black Templars" So how they work in detail. Can i load in my heavy bombers in them or are they automatically equipped with them?
In reallity you would have mostly cinetic weapons. If you would have laser weapons on your ship, the enemy only need to put glass on his ships and the lasers would be completely inefficient. I think railguns would be the most realistic thing as a space battle weapon. They fire fast and they do not need any gas or powder. + In space you have no air, so the railgun round would not even loose speed. A small round would hit like the hammer of god.&nb
Yeah, everytime when i try to modify my custom ships in the multiyplayer the games crashes.
I think on long tearms it will depends on community. But as far as i see, this community developes great, so maybe yes.
Well, that would be really great. Upgrading your high tech fleet takes otherwise HOURS...

Is there an option in the current build to add your own picture for leaders or your custom faction?
I think it should be like this: Shields are good against laser weapons. But bad against missiles and bullets. Armor is good against bullets and missiles. But not good against laser weapons. Missiles should do a lot of damage but could be distracted fast by ECM. So it would make sence to build a full ECM support ship. Kinetic weapons should be more like close combat weapons. Lasers would be the long range weapons. &n
