Sadly it seems right now starbases are bugged. I have downloaded your design, but like last time i can not see your starbase in the designer itself. So bascially right now, in term of starbases you are the only one who can see your own starbase in the designer.

Ah. First go into "option" then "gameply" then klick on "show all ship designs". After that save it and go into the designer. Launch the designer, klick "new design" Then you will see all the different design choices. Tiny, small and so on. But the important part is this: When you look down in the middle you see a small "gear" symbol. Klick on it. Here you klick on "show parts from other styles" and "Show design gizmos". Generally speaking the Iconian style parts have a lot of simmiliar sloped and looking parts and the ship in your picture. The Altarian parts could help too. When i would design this ship i would use Thalan parts as well. For the middle side section, either Terran parts, or mech parts. For the front down plate, the Slyne parts have some similiart parts. You mean the normal starter cubes? Yeah i have tested around and finally found out, you can save your desings as "star bases". It is logical, but when someones is a new player, the person would search for a cube called "starbase". Nobody knows you can just take the cube and save it as a starbase. Yeah i saw your starbases. I tried everything you told me here. Well it seems something worked. In the end i uploaded some ships of me into the workshop. And tadaa all my ships are back in the designer now. Thank you anyway.

Well i do not saved the game i think. Maybe here was the fault. No they do not appear in other games. But this could be the problem. Thank you for your answer. I will try it out. It is saved. But not in the save game folder, but in my designed ship folder. But it is still not availiable in the game.

So i designed a complete battlefleet for my empire. I used parts from all races. Furthermore i used parts from tiny to huge. I saved them all as templates and closed the game. The other day i started the game, loaded my latest save and ALL of my ships were not there!!!!! So looked into my cache folder. They all were saved. BUT you do NOT see them in the game! I tried to cut the saves out of the folder and to paste them again. But NO, my ships are still not there!!!!</p

In reallity you would have mostly cinetic weapons. If you would have laser weapons on your ship, the enemy only need to put glass on his ships and the lasers would be completely inefficient. I think railguns would be the most realistic thing as a space battle weapon. They fire fast and they do not need any gas or powder. + In space you have no air, so the railgun round would not even loose speed. A small round would hit like the hammer of god.&nb
