Ran into 2 bugs in GalCiv Beta Feedback GalCiv3 Forums

Error 1: Negative balance If you enter a negative balance then leave a negative balance. Once you enter a positive balance the shipyard and planets say project completion dates are NA. The only way to build a ship or complete a planetary construction is to buy outright either the ship or planetary construction.
