I have fixed part of the problem. Installing Windows Dreams fixed it, however, now only a few of my .Dreams files will work. Most of them still do nothing. =/

I just purchased DeskScapes but loading a wallpaper does absolutely nothing. I have an MPEG2 Codec and am using Windows Vista Ultimate. I obtained my copy through the Stardock Online Store. I have an NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT 256 MB. =/
