I have suggested this as well under "population management" I too want to be able to dictate how the species on my planet are treated. https://forums.galciv3.com/450213/page/1/#3421757 Maybe I want Altarians on my planets, but want to brutally enslave the Drengin filth, or exterminate them outright from my planets.

Double posting fail.
For the love of all that is holy please post all the rejected names!
My star name has been accepted now Its rather clever if I say so myself. I am hoping to see Imastar though as well :D
Well my star name has been submitted :D Can't wait to see it.
Here is the idea for adding population management (genocide or forced relocation) to the game. https://forums.galciv3.com/450213/page/1/#3419559
I agree the snarky remarks are also what pulled me in to the game. It was just glorious, and needs to remain in GalcivIII
I liked the non blue version better... Could you at least make her look attractive.
Define attractive, because if she showed up at my house I would tap that.
Polar bears have black skin, tigers skin mimics their coat, and tarantulas and some other inverts actually have blue blood.
Guys, guys we are mssing the most important question: Is she single? ;) :p
Honestly I spent the night really thinking about this, while I would buy it if they remade it, since I feel they have well repayed their promise to fix the franchise. However after thinking, I would much rather prefer a 10.00-15.00 DLC that totally reworked and brought the dynasty system into Legendary Heroes instead . And further made diplomacy more complex than it is. (I would hope more complex than civ V.)
I loved the dynasty system, my only gripe was you could never marry the leader of another faction or remarry if your spouse died.(If you do go back to EWOM PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix this) I would not mind seeing EWOM redone, however you will have to pay careful attention to avoid plotholes or retcons, but it is something I WILL buy. And I am also curious to see where the Elemental Universe is heading. Perhaps for this directors cut, we can tell the Elemental stor
I never once said I did not like the concept. All I wanted to know is if it could be turned off for a period of time, until I was ready to test my designs against the ai that does data mine. I want a clean slate to test my units on until I am ready, is that wrong? Because it will be fun to unleash my killer ships, then re enable the feature and watch how the ai counters.
Any way we can hide our designs and tactics from the ai for a a short period of time? I had some killer ships in galciv 2 that could one shot the dread lord ships, along with armed freighters and transports that could do the same, and would like to ensure that I have time to perfect the ships before the ai learns from them and inflicts them on others and myself.
Quoting Ashbery76, reply 32 The problem with Smurfs,Navi and Asari is why have they evolved blue skin on a green planet? Is this any different from our many skin colors (none blue) coming from a blue planet?
The adaptation of blue skin would be advantagious as certain animals tend to be color blind, or blind to certain colors, so for example some animals can not differentiate from blue/green
Well now that we know its a new person I have no issues with the design whatsoever. :) Can't wait to see how the lore plays out through the game and dev journals.
Yeah, he confirmed it. Although Akari is a Wraith it seems.
And I am really glad the Wraith survived the War of Magic, assuming of course that she is not an Iru.
It would be wrong to assume that all Altarians are white, tattooed. It depends which faction is currently supreme. There are actually two other Altarian factions we haven't seen that look quite a bit different too.
That is not the issue, the issue I think is tripping most people is the fact that Elsys Mue pulled a Micheal Jackson stunt and turned from white to grayish/blue. I have no issues with this at all, as so

If they can explain the skin change due to some ritual she under went to help augment her magical powers then this current version can make sense. I like the fact that the wraith influnce is strong in this one.
Good Lord she has changed from Galciv II. Too bad I can't find an older pic. :p
Its my fault for not being specific, what I had meant for branching would have been similar to the Dawn of War:II Warhammer 40K ending in the game. The endings, good or bad are very similar to each other to the point where either one can be offical canon. However I certainly see where the above posts are coming from. "Good ending" "Bad Ending" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VsHHeZk275s[/video
Will Galciv 3 have a semi branching campaign in which your choices effect certain outcomes or the ending itself? Now I am not talking about one of those campaigns that has many different endings, but more along the lines have three endings, best ending, medium ending, and "worst" ending. Worst is a relative term I am using solely as a place holder. Personally I like the idea of the player having a limited impact on the ending. For example in the campaign liberating the worlds of the o
