Can anyone explain why a race that is "close" to my race would all of a sudden go to war with me? I didn't attack them. We were miles apart and all of a sudden, I'm at war. As you can see from the screen shot below, it's very odd. This is not the first time that this particular race has done this to me in a different game. They do not tell me ahead of time that we're going to war, if I hadn't been monitoring the diplomacy screen every turn, I
I've tried researching this and found some interesting threads, but nothing that seems to address what I'm experiencing. Some of my planets allow me to use the quick set focus buttons and other planets do not. Doesn't matter if they're building or not nor if they're sponsoring a shipyard or not.
