Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I've played about 3 or 4 games on Huge maps since Beta 2, two with all but turn-based victory options enabled and two with only Conquest, Alliance, and Cultural. It seems to me that the AI always goes for a non-conquest victory in these circumstances, considering in all three games I did not research any military technology or even build a single military ship. Cancellation of purchase of planetary improvements should return currency (it is still credits right? I miss the BC) but does not. Decommission of ships should do so as well Tech Tree -> Shield Optimization -> Low Cost only reduces cost 1%. The ot
