All DLC except following 3: Heroes of Star Control, Builders, Map Pack It is game which was started in 3.5, I noticed tech tree was changed a bit in 3.6, the problem is probably caused by this switch. When I start new game with the same race tech tree seems Ok. So maybe it is not such a big problem after all.

In tech tree tech. name "MasterTradeFocus2" missing. Also the tech seems to be one that offers choices but there are no choices available.
Virtual vacation provides morale boost to all planets, not just the one it is built on. It is insane +100% and some flat bonus (from level). It is expensive, but still this is too OP. Suddenly I could raise taxes to 60-70% (from 30-40%) and everyone still happy. And it is not even one per player, but one per planet, which doesn't make sense if it is empire-wide bonus. I would either make it to effect only the planet (still useful as it saves tiles when morale is problem
GalCiv + all relevant DLC + optin update. 1. On map Hypergate (constructed) shows defense/attack attributes. But in actual combat it has no weapons, never fires shot and does not defend itself. 2. Scouts/Survey ships sometimes teleport randomly, often far away from controlled territory. They remember their destination so after teleporting they continue to their previous destination.
