Managing any spam on any site is always going to be a team effort...
And improving the site by passing on requests could help motivate the team feeling . Which is what I expected when I wrote my post. "Hey, Tim I'll let those that run the site know about this post and we'll see what we can do"

I thought it was a reasonable request that warrented consideration. Clearly I was wrong due to the sheer amount of backlash I've received in this thread. A simple "no" would have been sufficient. This is kind of a last straw moment for me, so I'll have to think about what my future is on this site. For now you may lock this thread.
Guys...all you do is link me to the upload with spam...I can surf through all the comments and clean. What makes life VERY, repeat VERY difficult is when people are indifferent...and thus let the spammer continue unchecked. Because the uploads are differnt and individual without cross-connection...like the forums...I have to delete EVERY single spam comment individually. THERE IS NO "delete all" button. If people

Like the post title stated, I'm asking for the long requested report button to be added to skin comments. If you want to limit "abuse" you could limit it to journeyman and higher or something. My main reason for asking is merely due to the sheer amount of spam I'm experiencing on skin comments in the last year or so. Currently the only way for me to get the spam removed is by contacting an admin and pointing to every single instance of spam in the comments. It's very tiring t
wonder why the search icon image in the start menu search box is white though, It was made as a different image than that and in the color black.
WB tends to retain the search icon from the previous skin sometimes. It usually sorts itself out after a while (or on repeated re-applies)
Has anyone ever tried Paint dot net? It imports and exports tga files and It's a FREE download. Been using it for 18 years.
I have tried it, but ultimately didn't feel I could do the same in PDN as I could in PS. Perhaps I didn't give it enough time, though. Sidenote: I also struggled with PSP as well. Guess it's just a matter of what you're used to.

It happens when you use the convert from .tga to .png function, right? I use an older version of PS (CS3) that was able to retain the non "broken" .tga plugin. That way I can edit my tgas and save them with the transparent background still intact. I have a newer version of PS, but only use CS3 for WB skinning.
If you see any Spam in your comments just PM a link for each one to a Mod for removal ..
Which I have done (to you) The only reason I have bothered to write a post about it is because the links are not visible (white text on white background) so they look like harmless positive comments. Wanted to warn other skinners to check their own skin comments.....
