I became the UP chairman, and thought finally, I'll get that darn Environmental Protection Act repealed, so I can colonize that nice planet in my system. I proposed to repeal, and it went through, however, I still was not able to colonize the planet, or any others for that matter. I waited several turns to see if it just needed a turn or two to kick in, but it never allowed me to colonize the planet.

Previous game started crashing to desktop constantly, so I started a new game. Currently saved on turn 293. At turn 295, no matter what I do, the game will crash to desktop. After several tries, finally got a ticket submitted with the save game and crash dump attached.
Same thing here. Terrans and Iridium at war with me, Galactic Peace proposed and won(including Terrans and Iridium voting yes), next turn, they go right back to war with me. Propose peace treaty through diplomacy, give them some techs and credits so they'll accept. Next turn..right back to war. Also, have military alliance with they Krynn and Drengin, but they do not come to my aid.
