[0.50][Bug] Galactic peace disregarded

I was at war with the Terrans. I proposed Galactic Peace at the UP and it won. According to the description it should stop all wars and prevent new wars from starting for 28 turns. Next turn the Terrans declared war on me again.

Same thing here. Terrans and Iridium at war with me, Galactic Peace proposed and won(including Terrans and Iridium voting yes), next turn, they go right back to war with me. Propose peace treaty through diplomacy, give them some techs and credits so they'll accept. Next turn..right back to war.

 

Also, have military alliance with they Krynn and Drengin, but they do not come to my aid.
