I've added it to the ticket! The recommendations in the general troubleshooting guide didn't help out so far. Updated graphic drivers, dabbled in the settings (whichever I could really change since I cannot really see anything).

Yes, I have just updated my NVidia drivers!
Oh, and yes, I have played around with all the graphics settings (as far as I could see them!).
Hello! I have an issue with my Galciv, and have had it for a long time now (which actually prevented me from really participating in this beta, though I could play around with ship designer a bit...). All my menus are transparent! From the very beginning, every button and every menu has absolutely no texture behind it. I only see the text of all the menus and buttons, nothing else. How can I fix this?
I reinstalled again this time, and now there is a different issue! I have habitable planets (yay), but now my whole interface is translucent! ...Does that require a support tool as well? :D
Hello all, My game has weird bug, and it has had this bug since well...I became a founder way back when. Planet sizes are at zero. I cannot colonize other planets, and I cannot build on my home planet (it only has the starter buildings, and it doesn't display the planet or any hexagons). Does anyone know what causes this and how I can fix it? It remains after a full reinstall (after cleaning all folders and files of GalCiv3 from my computer), so that is not a soluti
Jep! Doesn't fix a thing. I even tried uninstall and going through all my files and deleting the leftovers manually. I could try again of course.
Hai, I love the new Galciv, started as a Founder, but now that Beta started, all the planets in the universe have size 0. Even my homeplanet, 'Earth'. So basically, I can't colonize anything, and I can't build anything. Playing around with the designer is fun, but I am not sure how to fix this planet size 0 bug. Has anyone else encountered this yet? Erik
