Planets are all at size 0

Hello all,

My game has weird bug, and it has had this bug since well...I became a founder way back when. Planet sizes are at zero. I cannot colonize other planets, and I cannot build on my home planet (it only has the starter buildings, and it doesn't display the planet or any hexagons). Does anyone know what causes this and how I can fix it? It remains after a full reinstall (after cleaning all folders and files of GalCiv3 from my computer), so that is not a solution.

That is weird.

Have you tred sfc to see if the OS is missing anything.

I would create a support ticket on this issue.

For support where examining saves is required, names of ships, planets and starbases, etc, are extremely helpful in their attempts to reproduce the issue.

I reinstalled again this time, and now there is a different issue! I have habitable planets (yay), but now my whole interface is translucent!

...Does that require a support tool as well?
