The commands list is missing when you have several ships stacked on the same location, which have meant that i have several times been unable to place a starbase untill the next turn, where I could move the other ships away. I wonder if its on purpose? Also some more information when you select a stacked ship would be nice like sight range for when you're setting up a spotting ring around your empire (or another empire).
First off, I love the series been playing the 1 and 2nd installment since they came out.... even own 3 copies of the 2nd one, 2 regular and 1 Gold edition, anything to support a company like yours!, just wish I could have afforded the Founders edition :'( TLDR: Galacitic Domain is bugged, gives npc's a huge advantage, and ZoC Colonization only means that the ship has to be in ZoC not the target planet.
