@a0152570 Originally I thought this was a mix up, hence the title. But as a few people have discussed and shared their views I have realised that the word 'cool' is more ambiguous than I first thought, with a lot of people associating 'cool' with 'cold'. Hell, even if were changed to 'cold' it would be a darned sight better than 'cool'

OK The Oxford English Dictionary gives me this as the definition of "Cool" Showing no friendliness towards a person or enthusiasm for an <a class="
[quote who="BuckGodot" reply="5" id="3526557"] "Cool" can also mean "chilly" or "frosty". Google "chilly relations" and whatnot and tons of hits will show up. Think of "cool" meaning I'm glaring at you but not willing to hit you in the face quite yet. @Peregrine23 Wait, so if my relation with another race is "Cool" (as in not hot, not heated ) that I'm more likely to go to war with them than if it were "Annoyed"?
I think there's been a mix up with the relations status. The "Annoyed" status is better (further to the left) than the "Cool" status. I just think it should be the other way round?
I started a two player game vs the AI and went to war with the Drengin, after killing all their ships Lord Kona asks me to "Let Bygones be Bygones." I reply with "Die" or something similar and the game then tells me to wait and even after a save and reloading it still makes me wait. The wait button doesn't change and I can no longer proceed with the game.
I was playing a game as Terran vs the Iridians and I had a Starbase with Culture modules very near their homeworld. I destroyed their Starport with a ship and move my ship onto the square where the Starport was. A couple of turn later they built a new Starport ontop/underneath my culture Starbase on the same hex.
