I agree with you. I have a MySpace account, started way back in the wild and wooly days before it got too popular and I was driven away by gaudy, glittering pages and annoying music. Just for the record, from all the people decrying the left's socialistic tendencies (which, incidentally, like Leauki, I fail to see why 'socialist' has become a bad word): Sarah Palin is the governor of a state that practices collective ownership of oil and other natural resources, and equally distributes the state's cut of the revenues to every citizen. (via TPM) So just think about that as you bandy about 'socialist' as if it's some derisive term.
