They want SPECIAL rights.
I don't really think it's SPECIAL when the same right would be extended to you. You'd then be free to marry a woman, too, if you felt so inclined, Tova. I wouldn't use the word special - I'd use the word broadened - since it would apply to all. And don't take this as a sign I think we SHOULD extend those rights - I'm just saying I think it's disingenuous to say 'special', as it applies that said right would only be extended
wasn't it john mccain who dragged his sorry ass into the spotlight?
And isn't he the one who persisted in going on talk show after talk show? If he wanted his privacy, all it would have taken was saying 'No thanks' when crazy Huckabee called for an interview.
Nobody had a chance against Obama right from the get-go.
Yeah, because he's like the Muslim terrorist Anti-Christ! He's going to start the Armageddon! I'm sure all the 'kooky-Christians' are really pleased.

Great point-counterpoint. I may have to steal some of these and post 'em on my other blog . . . that okay? I'll give you credit. :D

Hilarious collection of the lies, Donna. Two thumbs up. Fried chicken and collared greens for everyone, followed by a prayer facing east!
God Bless America!
I'm going to grab a random sampling of bills at work today, use my Sharpie, cross out 'God' on the 'In God We Trust' and write 'Allah' in its place. Hilarity will ensue.

I love the laceleaf maple in the right of the photos. It's a great front yard. And the look on your daughter's face in the second one is priceless.
He works on CNN Headline News and has a semi-regular column on cnn.com.
CNN fired him a couple of weeks ago. (Okay, 'declined to renew his contract' if you will.) He's moving to Fox. Yay for Fox. Consolidating the crazies to one location is always a boon.

I've been enjoying it. It's no Six Feet Under (Alan Ball's other HBO show), but it's kept me intrigued, and I've always had a crush on Anna Paquin since Fly Away Home. I read the first book in the series - it was a little to kitsch for me, but I'm a snob, so whatever. I'll keep watching, for now.
With TV Media, you don't have that option because it's 98% Liberal.
Ah, the famous lie from the Right. All media is CORPORATE . It'll say whatever it needs to in order to increase profits. End of story.
Dont listen to them I see.
Heh. Wrong again, as per usual. I listen to both Limbaugh and Hannity on a regular basis - if only for the kicks and giggles. Gotta keep a pulse on the madness of the opposition, after all.

The leftist blogs might be an angry bunch, but listen to talk radio and you'll have all the rightist bile you can stand. From Hannity to Limbaugh to Beck (and even worse, their crazy call-ins), they're just as bad if not worse than anything I've seen on the 'net.

A PARENTHETICAL, DIGRESSION-FILLED TALE I've worked really hard at maintaining a rather sizable list of nemeses over the years, and many of them are my enemies without even knowing it. (Funny story - my arch-nemesis and number one rival is actually Rachel Ray, and I don't even think I need to tell you why. However, if you want to know more, either e-mail me or ask in the comments. Maybe I'll divulge the story someday.) However, on
