DesktopX Objects and Widgets won't load in Object Desktop JoeUser Forums

My problem is that on my laptop I can't get DesktopX objects or widgets to load. Screen Capture Problem in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

Hey all, could one of you screen-shot makers help me with a question. I've tried about 10 screen capture programs to make my own screen shot, but none of them seem able to "capture" Rainlendar or DX objects that have a shadow. It's like they don't really appear on the screen (as far as either the PC or the capture program are concerned). What do you all use to snap these great screen shots?
