WinCustomize ForumsNo, it also does it by changing the themes or just changing window blinds by itself. thanks

Why is it when I download suites, I am not able to pull them up through theme manager. Also I have a program that I cannot get to run when I have any of the objects on the destop. Is there anything I can do. thanks
