I've been trying to track down why Galactic Civilization on Windows 11 was continually crashing upon launch. This was only happening on one of my three systems, so I went about trying to identify the differences between them. I reloaded Windows 11 on the system it was crashing on, tried changing resolutions, etc with no luck. I was going over the differences in my Nvidia graphic driver setting and noticed that I had enabled Vsync in both Full screen and Windowed mode (I believe Vsync is enabled in Full Screen only by default). I changed the setting and the game is no longer crashing on launch. Not sure if this is a one-off on this system or a more pervasive issue but thought I'd share in case anyone else was having this problem.
