Hi Thanks turned off Zone Alarm Pro and thumbnails returned, what do i do in zone Alarm to make it show them

I do not get the thumbnails of the Windowblinds, just a small icon of a sheet of paper,how do I get them back? Thanks :p (:( Thanks for advice, turned off Zone Alarm Pro and all is well. What needs doing to Zone Alarm to make it show the thumbnails? :)
