installing cursor xp skins in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Could someone tell me how to install the cursor xp skins please. I downloaded them and they go to a zip file. I tried to extract them to the cursor xp themes file but when I check after I've extracted, there not there. Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong Thanks
