Account paid for software in Multiplicity Stardock Forums

My account is blank and not showing the software I have paid for over the years, I also have subscriptions with you, I can download the software and I have to emails received after buying, so I also have my keys the only problem is the email I have used with this software times before your system is telling me that it is invalid meaning I cannot now activate and use the software I have paid for. I know your website and data had a problem but that was ages ago now and should be fixe
