Crash in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I have ATI mobility Radeon 9000/9001 IGP. Directx 9c Running on laptop XP Home, service pack 1 Pentium 4 384 RAM I already checked for latest driver, running 32-bit colours and 1024x768 Problem: Crashes to blue scary screen after the setup screens. Dont know how to open the debug.err file!!! Any help appreciated
