I've been using OD+ for some time with no problems but.... recently OD crashes everytime I re-boot. I did a clean re-install & it didn't help. The only docklets I'm using are the quit and configure docklets and I've been using them all along.
Thanks for the reply, but repair icon image and rebuild icon cache gave me the same error message . Repair Shell Icons didn't give me the error message but I don't think that it did anything I searched the registry for IconHandler - I got 56 results.... I don't think I should delete them all <img
Whenever I load a new set of icons, I get an error message - error loading cache.dll file - please reinstall program - Some of the icons load but not all of them. I have un-installed & re-installed several times [ IP 3.11.106 is my current version but it's been happening for a while - since 3.11 ? ] but it doesn't help. The only way I can get all my icons to load correctly is by using the reload icons optio
See if this helps..... open Task Manager, find Obj Dock and click end process. Don't worry about the warning msg. Re-start Obj Dock. Patti
Thanx for the solution cause I was having the same problem . I changed the server location and winfx installed
I just cleared the cache and nothing changed. I have a *neat* desktop ... everything is in folders.....
I just posted the same problem ..... Except I'm not using the beta of WB ....
I just started having a problem with IconX .... when the program is running my CPU is at 50-60% when idle .... When I unload the program, it goes down to 4-6%. I un-installed the program & re-installed. I un-installed & deleted all the files and then re-installed. Didn't help. I'm using WinXP and I miss my desktop icons Any
Back one more time.......Does anyone know how to un-install this baby??? I can only find the application, no program, no program file, no way to un-insstall.... I just sent an e-mail off to support ...
Me again, found out why my system was so slow ... my CPU usage was at 100% DesktopX was using at least 82% .. so I unloaded DesktopX & now I'm running ok but I can't use DX and all the pretty icons etc Also, as stated before we need to be able to move the control box I had to re-arrange my whole desktop [ which of course, is no longer a problem since I had to unload DX <img src="http://images.st
Love the idea [ & I love Digital Blasphemy ] but having some problems..... as stated before, you gotta have a separate volume control & when I change the animation speed everything shuts down [ I can't toggle the weather thingy or change the speed again ]. Also, whenever my screensaver kicks in, the program freezes & I have to close & re-open it [ which then causes my firewall to ask me if I want this program to have access to the internet <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles
