I bought this ship in one game but I was unable to figure out how it worked. Does it need to located on the target planet prior to using the precursor ability? Thank you.

I found the post where someone told me how to opt-in to beta 4.5.1. I followed those directions and when I go to Properties, Betas I see the opt-in-update v4.5.2 Release. I select it but I am prompted for a beta access code. Where do I get the code?
Can someone please tell me how to opt-in for this 4.5.2 beta. Did they fix Celebrity Citizen Promotion? Did they fix the Fissure mercenary ship that says it takes up just 2 logistics points when it actually takes 7 points? Thank you.

FrogBoy's proposed change increases the pop cap of a planet. The pop cap is separate from building pop, which is a hallmark of the Yor and will not change. The patch we recently installed reduced the cost of building pop for the Yor. FrogBoy, I like your proposed change because now my "Yor" can utilize all the hexes with +pop bonuses. Thank you, Perry
Please look at the celebrity citizen galactic tour promotion. I have never been able to make it work even though I have more than adequate resources. I need to review the tech trees because I missed this. I don't play the Yor in the game, I play a custom civilization with the Yor robotic base population. I just looked through the Tech Trees and I did not see anything that increases my pop cap above the new 8 max. Thank you.

Yes, I have this exact problem with my custom civilization. I can build to 8 pop and then use a colony ship to move 2 pop to another planet and then repeat. Seems really goofy.
If multiple validations of your game files don't work, try to play an entire multiplayer game without any custom ships. I am very curious to see if the custom ships are a cause.
Twice the build cost increased by 8 promethion and the 3rd time the cost increased by 10. My guess is the trigger has to do with the total production value for a shipyard. Thank you.
