Anyone know if it’s possible/how one would go about setting the growth rate of a modded race type to be a constant value (such as .2) no matter what growth rate improvements/tech bonuses you get? Also, how does the synthetic race type stop you from researching certain techs?

I haven't gotten stuck on turn 1 but I've gotten stuck a couple of turns in before on "wait" (around turn 20-25 if I remember right). Someone would do their turn and then it would say "wait" but the thing that tells you whose turn it is still would say their name.

I recently started playing and I started using the Xenophobic trait and noticed that aside for the +200% to social construction and research, and the -50% to ship building, there were several other debuffs and buffs. Growth got a 25% increase and influence gets a -95% decrease. I checked the game files to see all the things it modifies, and if modifies all of those by those amounts, but it also says it gives +200% to "CreditsPerTurn". I see no evidence for this bonus in the game though. Influ
