To fix no sound, does no matter if you have already directx installed, you must install it again to fix no sound problem. That helped - sound is back. :)

Yes - I have ~20 other games from steam... they all work fine. Only Ashes has no sound at all...

Hello , unfortunately I have no sound anymore when starting and playing Ashes of the Singularity. This was working weeks before – when I started the game yesterday, there was no sound at all. All other Steam games are working great.</
