You are certainly not the only one who has reported that issue. I've found people on the steam forums having this problem since 2019 and other people experiencing the same thing. I'm also one of those people and I wish I could bear good news but I've not found any solution either. I have a 120hz monitor but even if I switch back to 60hz it doesn't fix it.
