I think that the difficulty of skinning firefox is why it is taking so long for them to appear. I hope that is why. I just noticed the FireFox section myself, for what it's worth. Was there a front page announcement about the added section? Maybe the right people just haven't noticed/been notified that it's here?

As of yet, I'm the only Lotherius on the entire internet. There are a couple of reference to some Frankish noble over a thousand years ago by the name, and that's it. I came up with the name years ago, in an AD&D induced haze, for a character who was a Drow Elf born in an area very much like ancient Rome. Aelfwyne, my other common handle, is almost as rare. T

For some reason, I can no longer rate skins. I have Apprentice level, and am a current customer on the site. I was able to rate skins on both the old WC site, and the new one after I migrated my account. However, for the last two weeks (at least) I can no longer rate skins. When I mouse over the stars, it doesn't show up as linkable anymore. I normally use FireFox, but have also tried Internet Explorer, and the behaviour is the same. I've been

I'd like to see a library for iSpin themes. iSpin is a launcher for PalmOS that by default makes it look exactly like WinXP, however it supports themes. Since there is a section for PocketBlinds (a StarDock product that does much the same for PocketPC), I think in the interest of completeness, an iSpin library would make sense. The product is here - http://www.taptarget.com/products/ispin.html An

The more I study history, the more I realize that we aren't quite as perfect as we thought. Everyone has a feeling that the world is getting better, and that things are better here and now than they ever were. In some cases, that might be true. In other cases though, it isn't. Are we freer than ever? We're definitely more free than a 19th century slave on a southern p

People pay money to feel good. They pay money for games, movies, leisure activities, comfortable chairs, etc... So what's different in accepting a job that pays you a little bit less in return for being able to look forward to going to work every day? It's like buying happiness - which is what people do all the time. It sounds like a great bargain to me.

Amazing how similar the 2 screenshots are... Almost as if there were some intelligence behind the otherwise chaotic scheme of things... But, of course, everybody knows that Konfabulator is doing things never done before on Windows... even if it's doing the exact same thing that DesktopX already did.

Yeah, I was wondering how this is relevant to the topic - AMD Wins AGAIN... I was hoping to hear some new blow against Intel, that Windows was gonna ship without support for the Intel 64 bit clone or something.... This is all old news. New to some maybe, but still old news...

I love the new CNET site. Especially nice is how well the video window integrates into the site. Many sites treat video as external from the site - or give it an ugly box with no controls. This one is nice, and works perfectly in FireFox. Very slick.
