Alright, I figured everything out. Thanks guys. The reason the text looked scrambled was because I had one of the 'Classic Colors' text colors set to a wrong color, making the text appear to be scrambled. Thanks

I want the text that actually says 'All Programs' to be white. I do have the same white preset I used for the normal color, but for some reason it is black when I hover over it. And I don't just need to unload and reload the skin a couple of times. It has been like this for a long, long time. Thanks
I rebooted and it works. Hrmmm...
I need help with the color of my text for the skin I am making. The text is the color I want it, white, on every menu, except for the Favorites menu for some reason. The text is black on the Favorites menu, making it hard to read. I don't know why it is just on this one menu. Another thing, the 'All Programs' button text on the start menu is the color I want it, white, except I want to make the hover color white too. I have it set in SkinStudio so it is white, but for some reason when I hover ov
Alright, thanks. I reloaded WindowBlinds and they still don't work, I'll reboot later and let you know what happens. Thanks
I just tried using another skin, and no they don't. Is there something that I have to in order for it to work? I tried the custom animations on other skins and they don't work either. Any more thoughts? Thanks
I am going to realease the skin under a different name, I use this name for when I ask questions. I ask some dumb questions.
No, I am using the free version of skin studio though. Will that make a difference?
I tried that, but for some reason they still stay the same and don't work. Any tips? Yea, I am making a skin and I want to put the toolbar icons I made for it on it.
How do I get toolbar icons for my skin? Do I have to go into Manage Compound skins? I'm confused. Thanks.
Dang, a third one would really come in handy. When exactly do you see the "Please Wait" menu anyways?
Ah, alright. Thanks guys.
Hrmmm...
I don't know what the problem was, but I restarted and now it works.
The Please Wait Dialog Background uses the same background as the Log Off Dialog Background. I want to have 3 separate backgrounds, Shutdown, Log Off, and Please Wait Dialog Background. Is it possible to have a different background for the Please Wait Background than the Log Off Background? I tried adding PleaseWait. Background, etc. into the code, but it did not work. Is it possible, or am I stuck with just the 2? If so, I will have to change some things on my skin, making it's appearance worse.
Can this be done?
Does anybody know of a way to fix this?
I need help to change the color of the text on the programs side of the start menu. I know how to change the main color, but how do I change the secondary color? Such as under Internet, it says Internet Explorer. And under Email it says Microsoft Outlook. Thanks.
For some reason my Windows shortcut key doesn't work anymore. I have become very dependent on this key. Things such as Windows +E and Windows +D don't work anymore. Any thoughts? Thanks.
Alright, I unistalled it and now everything works perfect, including the user pic. Thanks for the help guys.
Ah, thanks. Now I remember. Its not part of Norton. It is made by Symantec, but it is not for Norton. I installed once when I was trying something and I just didn't bother to uninstall it. I'll try it out.
I have Windows XP. Well, now that I know what I know, it isn't. I just thought it was weird it said Windows XP, but acted like Windows 2000. But now that I know you can change that, it isn't odd at all. I'm not sure if the proper drivers were installed, it was actually my brother's printer that installed on my computer. But I checked the file and it says its related to Symantec, so I don't know whats going on. Thanks.
And no, I'm not on a domain network.
Alright, I go there and this is what it says: A recently installed program has disabled the Welcome screen and Fast User Switching. To restore these features, you must unistall the program. The following file name might help you identify the program that made the change: C:\WINDOWS\System32\awgina.dll I then found the file and checked to see what program it was from. For the description it says pcAnywhere Authentication Interface. For the Company it says Symantec Corporation.
I'm not sure. If so, how do I get back to regular XP style?
