Error -205 in Stardock Software Stardock Forums

so i was trying to buy object dock, and accidently bought object desktop because of the stupid way they name things on this site, whatever, figured id keep it anyway. Then I purchased Object Dock. After downloading and installing it says i need to activate it, the product key is already in there, when i try to activate it just says error 205 cant activate. The website only says to get rid of non western characters in the computer name, my computer name only has normal letter
