I am having the same problem for new games. Saved ones still have access to Retribution and Intrigue content.

This appears to be a problem for only new games. I can still play Retribution content if I have a saved gamed prior to Monday.

When I try to playing with the Retribution DLC loaded, all the content is now gone include the Intrigue content including the Drath Legion and Korath Clan. When I uninstall Retribution, Intrigue content reappears and the Drath Legion and Korath Clan reappear but are unplayable because it thinks I haven't purchased Retribution. As I did spend money on the Retribution DLC, I would like to play it. What gives? This happened after the 3.5 patch came out. Is anyone

The Retribution Tech Tree is gone when I try to play a new game. The old tech tree is back. How can I get the new tech tree back.
