Hi I dont know where to report bugs so writing here. Recently I downloaded beta version as it should contain consulate adjacentcy bonus for consulates which actually is still there unfortunately. What I found is that Ultimate Adaptability is not working correctly. I had specialization of Toxic worlds and Frozen worlds. After getting Ultimate Adaptability radioactive penalties were removed but Barren worlds still had -50% production penalty... It seems that this t
