I enjoy huge fleets flying around the galaxy and the Administrator mechanic is kind of killing the game for me. I've been tinkering around in the TechDefs and MapDefs files trying to increase the number of starting Admins with no luck. If anyone knows how to get around this mechanic, I'd love to hear about it.
