Reply to Roll-dwon vs roll-up in Fences LittleTinyFrogs Forums

It seems I'm having this same problem as first posting. I'm trying to position my fences and they have 'snapped' to the bottom and are now 'rolling' up not down as I would like. also I cannot find the 'lock fence' as shown above. any input appreciated.
