Does anyone have any ideas on a way to return pre-crusade AI to Minor civs? Currently they now act as a pre-space civ which would be nice for a new faction type with perhaps a way to uplift them or collect research though observation or probing, but having the minor civs act like limited Majors gave me loads of possibilities with lore
