Have two end users with the same issue. 3.0.X doesn't work at all. (3.0.0, 3.0.1, 3.0.3, 3.0.5) What do you need from your users to fix the issue? Opening a support ticket is a waste of time if everyone with the same problem is spilling out onto the forums about it.
