Just because someone gave you permission to upload their work, doesn't mean their work is good enough to be posted, just to be kinda blunt. So it was more than likely just moderated.

it's just a tad more, but I still keep both since it's not worth the time for every thing I burn to be labeled with the lightscribe. The color thing isn't bad, but laser engraved holographic like images will sell you quick. The discs are about the same as normal ones, the ones you print on, or the lighscribe, but you don't have to buy a printer or keep replacing ink. You really should just check one of the displays out to see if you like it, some th

well, it's probably a nifty thing for the general person, but for people that do graphical work, it's super freaking awesome, almost "groovy." It's not worth messing with on everything you burn, but it's nice to hand in a cdrom-portfolio like that. The image isn't perfect like a high quality print, you can see the halftone dots, but it is really amazing, has a nice effect to it and couldn't be much easier to do. The things under 100 bucks anyway, yo

Nothing is changing with 3ds or the various other proggies, but discreet for the 3rd or so time is changing their name. And Corel isn't a major enough player in this game to ever think about aquiring Adobe, and I couldn't see Adobe caring to take in Corel either, but at this point, besides Adobe and Corel, there's not much left.

copyright, nudity, hate? All in a "texture?" Weeding out the "good, bad ang ugly" out of textures sounds a little odd to me, but if they're entirely your creations as stated, you could break the mold in wallpapers and make tiling wallpapers, I don't think we have a single one of those. And the ease of not having to upload diff sizes, and that the one size you need is quite small, thats always a good thing.

Most of the stuff with Quark I find to be easier, or perhaps I should say, seems to take less steps to do in InDesign. My professor that taught Quark was really boring too though, so maybe I can blame him for my not liking it. Before InDesign though, it was no contest at all. After fighting to hell with freehand and illustrator, then seeing how easy it was to layout an entire book or magazine in Quark I was like "YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! I WENT THR

If you ask me, Adobe already killed quark, it's just a matter of time till the rest of the businesses finally admit it and adopt it. But wow, macromedia? Thats a surprise, for some reason I don't like the sound of this really. It just gives me reason to worry that 3 of my most used proggies might get messed up. Although, Macromedia from what I've seen/heard/whatever didn't create flash or director, they bought those companies. I wish Macromedia wou

Well for starters lets just say I like pretty much every folder on my computer to have the icon files inside it set to "View: Thumbnails" and "Arrange icons by: Type, and Show in Groups." And I keep setting it like that constantly, but now and then if not daily it seems to reset itself to view icons, sort icons by name, and auto arrange. Is there a reason it keeps getting reset that I'm just not able to figure? Or if it's going to keep changin

The stuff in my album (all 2 of the pictures ) are basically nothing, just stuff I've messed with lately. A golf ball, and my revised "logo." I haven't added much, or had time to work on pieces for wincustomize in a good while because of how busy I've been at school. Normally I've posted at least some of the stuff I do at school, but mostly we're working with vid

The more I think on it the more I don't see how it would work, take msn backgrounds for starters, you can't use .eps or any other vector file to let you scale the image smoothly, so it has to be, a what usually ends up as a distorted bitmap, and there is no size requirements, no file too big, no file too small. What would be the official size you'd be required to upload them as? And how many people use the same size window anyway? It'll just end up

haha whoops. If I'd have bothered to read your post a little more carefully I'd not have needed to write that much lol. Anyway I agree that I think it's 20 megs on space limit, but not willing to bet more than 2 bucks on it. I don't believe there's a maximum size, unless the dimensions cause a jpeg to go over 20 megs O_o *big jpeg*

You have to use internet explorer, so if thats an issue make sure to start there. Then go to add album at the top right by the meter, later go to add photos, edit album on the right. Then you just need to put in the description and name for that particular album. Once you made it click on the add photo's. This part is a little different than what i expected. On the left you have the hierarchy of your computer, using that go to where on your comput

The backgrounds for msn suck to begin with, if we could use .eps so it wasn't horribly pixelated and distorted that would be another issue, or figure out how to make it so the image doesn't stretch with the window like the default one does. But regardless, you make a place for emoticons, display pictures, and backgrounds, for any amount of messengers, and the amount of random spam and rips of groovy things off the web will bury it.
