It rebooted upon installation. I then did 2 additional reboots and finally on the 2nd reboot it seems to have fixed itself.

After upgrading to 3.13 this morning I am seeing the Create Fence Here and Create Folder Portal dialog in every Windows screen when moving the mouse anywhere near the window center. Unable to Activate Fences After new Purchase in Accounts and Activation Help Stardock Forums

I had a purchased Fences 2 installed and then upgraded to Fences 3. Yesterday my Fences 3 license expired. When I ran Fences 3 it asked for my email and Activation code. I put those in the dialog and nothing happens. IF I click on the X to close the dialog it tells me the product was not activated.
